Three letter words are too small to search for so I couldn’t search for them I tried words “2way” and “twoway” but nothing came up. I did a search for “stretch” and nothing about the two way came up. I’m looking for some information on the stretch to add to my routine.

I’m sure the related threads at the bottom of this page will answer my questions, but I will ask anyways because I need to make a topic to see the related threads.

You won’t find “2way” in a search at Thunder’s ;)

Basically, perform a manual stretch as you usually would, but make an OK grip around the base with your other hand, keeping that part of your penis static.

Some guys swear this isolates the tunica and gives a really good stretch. My opinion is why bother when you could do the same but exert some ligament stretch simultaneously with a regular stretch.

I can tell you why I do it. I get the impression that stretching the ligs will give me a turkey neck. So I try to stretch beyond the point where my ball skin connects to my shaft. It’s probably stupid but it’s just my way of being cautious.

I do it because I believe it gives gains and it will help to reach my goal sooner. Opposite to you, I don’t care where my gains come from, tunica or ligs. This exercise almost guarantees that I will target my gain potential in the tunica.
