I haven’t had any luck with PE’ing yet at all so I’ve just been on a break for 3 month and during that time I’ve gotten my EQ back to what it’s supposed to be. So today I thought I would give it another shot. I did 5 min warm up, 10 jelqs (nothing to hardcore), and 5 min warm down and immediatly afterwards my dick shrivels and there is no erection to be attained. I don’t get that. It’s a negative PI, but I’ve done 10 jelqs for the first time in 3 months and I’m pretty sure I didn’t use too much force and I’m fairly sure about the technique too.

Any comments?

Well, first of all, 10 jelqs is completely pointless.

Try this. After your warm up do helicopter spins for at least a minute to fill your cock with blood and bring it up to a 60-70% erection level. Then do meaningful jelqs for 10 to 20 minutes where you are moving blood down the shaft and maintaining or even increasing the 60-70% erection level. The force you use should feel more good then bad. More like jacking off force so the jelqing is more a sensual experience. The point is to keep your cock filled with more then normal blood so that it expands and stretches larger.

After jelqing, instead of using a heat wrap, try going straight to a full erection and masturbate for at least 5 minutes before ejaculating, or not.

Use your workout as a time to grow and feel good while you are doing it.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

When you put it that way, where can I sign up? I agree with the quality jelqs.

Well my goal this time was to “not” do 10-20 minutes of jelqing seeing as that have never done anything but given me EQ loss. I want to take it slow so that I’m sure I have positive PI’s every time I bump it up a notch.

I will try with the alternative warm down to see if it has a different effect.

I would also suggest that you increase your warm up time to 10 minutes instead of 5. BTW, what is your method of warming up?

Are you sure it’s not the warming up? I use a sock filled with rice heated in the microwave.

Try using wet heat instead of dry heat. Fill a cup with hot water (not too hot of course) and put your dick in it for 5-10 minutes, then do a few helicopters as someone mentioned. Speaking personally, my dick responds better to wet heat than dry heat for some reason, so maybe you might be the same.
