I dont get more than 0.25'' expansion during clamping

I dont get more than 0.25'' expansion during clamping

I know 0.25” is a good expansion, but I read about people getting 0.5”-0.75” during clamping, and I want more.I heat very well with rice sock for 20 min, than do 3 x 10.I re-heat my rice sock and use it during the sessions.My expansion is mostly in the CS, but CC doesnt seem to expand.Seems like my tunica is very tough.Anyone overcomed this ”problem”?What increased your expansion?

Depending on how advanced you are try both pumping and clamping. Depending on my routine I’ll pump then clamp and holy shit the expansion is intense. Check out my progress report I’m clamped in that pic after pumping and the tape says 6 meg.

Unfortunately I dont have a pump…Is this my only option?

That’s a nice amount of expansion for most.

Now as I think, the most important thing for me is to gain over time.Maybe in my mind I thought I will gain more, or faster if I get a bigger expansion.But if I gain with this expansion, I am perfectly fine with 0.25”.

Yeah, expansion is expansion. You will probably see greater expansion as time goes on. I used to barely get barely .1875 but now I get up to .5 inches. It all just takes time.

How did you approach the beginning on clamping?

I agree 0.25” is a normal amount of real target tissue expansion. It’s common to get more expansion as the workout goes on, due to fluid accumulation.
