I Don't Feel A Pull When Stretching Except

When I stretch, I like to go around the clock, starting at 1, and working my way around to 12, holding each pull for a count of thirty. This morning when I was stretching, I noticed that at 5, and 7,I felt more tension, or tightness, the rest of the way around the clock, it just felt like I was pulling my dick. Are these two points at 5, and 7, my key areas for stretching gains?

I don’t know if those two spots are your key areas! But if the stretch feels better at those two spots then skip the clock movement and work on just those two for a while and see what happens. I don’t follow some clock around a specific order. I can work on just one angle for months, then I switch to another..

I just make sure that when I hold my stretch that I get over my BPEL every time and focus on my breathing, so I’m in a relaxed state and at the same time synchronized with my breathing and kegel/ reversed kegel.. which I do on the exhale.

When I stretch those two areas, it feels like the stretch almost goes into my groin. I had asked a question way earlier, if stretching my groin would make gains easier. Someone in that thread said the two are non related. This makes me wonder, since I have always been tight, non flexable.

I used to feel great stretch/fatigue/disconfort when stretching dowwards to the right side, I dont feel it anymore. Emphasize in stretching those more sensitive areas and let us know if after working on them you still feel the same.
