I never believe it’s possible to enlarge a penis. But I read in forum about it and it

Seems like it’s working for you so I wanna give it a chance!

My penis is 6.25inches long (will check later for circumference)

I’ll respect the newbie guide and will do:

1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

I’ll start from tomorrow!

The questions:

Can I sit and do the jelq and stretch or both must me done standing?

When dry jelq then you don’t need to use oil ?

And how do you get hard when doing this? Watch some porno movie or?

5 min Manuals stretch — that’s for length?

Jelq - Both length and circumference?

Any tips and trick? Anything I forgot?

First of all, PE works without any sliver of a doubt. With that said, you may want to experiment with kegels to see the immediate effects of taking the initiative to improve the function of your family jewels. Lengthening your penis is a gradual process, and girth is even harder to get. Nonetheless, you’ll learn by hanging around these forums that with some dedication, patience, faith, and the brains and intuition to avoid injuring yourself, you can acheive serious results. A main ingredient to success is to have longterm and immediate goals. These are not setup to make you quit if you don’t meet them. Contrarily, they are set up to motivate you and keep you focused.

Now, about the details of how to do your workouts. Standing up or sitting down is just fine. It’s pretty much common knowledge that you don’t do stretches, bends, jelqs, or anything with an erection. However, having a little blood in your unit won’t hurt. That may make it more maleable and responsive to exercises. There are some main ideas you need to be aware of which indicate how your junk is responding to the exercises.

The main concept is known as PI, physiological indicators. If your night and morning boners are strong, what you are doing is good. If your flaccid penis hangs big, you are doing the right thing. You can do some research on negative and positive PI’s so that you’ll have something to help guide you along the way.

Another important concept is to not be over-zealous with your PE. You need to work on it consistently, but the idea is not to beat it to a pulp. Understand this now before your break the thing you’ve set out to bolster.

Do yourself a favor and take several measurements AND pictures. Even if you will be the only one looking at them. I took measurements but not pictures.

I started on BPEL 5.875 I took this measurement several times over the course of 3 days to ensure that was what it topped out at. I am currently BPEL = 6.5 and I still don’t see it, just on the ruler. I wish I had some pics to compare before and after.

Everytime I gain I just think “ahh it will stop now, it’s just better EQ”.

I can’t get a good stretch sitting, so I do it standing. But jelqing I do sitting.

You don’t have to use a lubricant for dry jelqing.

When I first started I got hard by just jelqing a few strokes but as time passed by I started using porn to get hard.

No problem John.

Answering questions is what we are here for . It also helps others who may have a question on the same subject, but are not sure how to phrase the question. As members are perhaps a bit shy (I know I was) of talking openly about a ‘strange’ subject.

Don’t be fully erect when stretching, although a half erection is OK

Great advice from everyone so far. My additions:

Definitely take “before” pictures! Not doing so is my one and only regret!

Keep your newbie routine for three months before adding anything. When you add new exercises, go slow to avoid over-training.

You may want to use an Ace bandage to wrap your penis for a while during the day. My description of what I do is here: Success! Birthday goal achieved.

If you are interested in flaccid hang improvements, I would suggest fowfers. You can do a search for the word fowfer and get a lot of advice there.
