I didn't expect gains so quickly

After 2 days of the newbie routine, one day of rest and 1 more day of the newbie routine, plus 50 kegels every other day, I’ve gone from BPEL 6.0 to BPEL 6.25. I know there are no measuring errors because I checked 3 times each time I did it. Wow, this is really encouraging!

The newbie gains are quick - but be mentally prepared for them to drop off after the first month. That’s when the real journey begins and dedication, care and consistency are the real keys to growth.

Well my ultimate goal is around 7 or 7.5 so I’ll keep at it as long as it take. After how long would it be wise to bump up the exercises from 200 up to 300 jelqs?

As for when to bump up your routine, there are various schools of thought. The dominant one seems to be to gradually increase it along the way. Another school of thought is to keep doing what you’re doing until it stops getting you gains, and THEN bump it up. Clearly, if 200 is getting you such results, I don’t see a rush in changing anything. When you do decide to step it up, you might want to take a more gradual approach than going from 200 to 300 overnight. For example, you may want to increase it 10 jelqs every few days.

Nice 81. I’m new also (3 weeks).I’m afraid to measure again ‘because I don’t wanna be disappointed. I’ll measure every month or 6weeks, that’ll be good I think.

I’m new as well and I can tell my unit is bigger just by the way it feels and looks when erected. I’m not going to measure however until after the 1st month, 2nd month, 3rd, etc. I would rather be able to see a guranteed improvement then slowly see the gain.
