.. I think it went pretty good. I am talking about the newbie routine that is mentioned in this site. But honestly speaking, I did not enjoy the manual stretches. I liked doing jelqs. That was fun. I was scared of doing the jelqs before because if you see the video tutorial given in this site, the guy is applying so much pressure I feel that he is in pain.
Just a few questions now:
- What if I do more of jelqs and reduce the stretches? I want to reduce the stretches to only 2 minutes and do 13 minutes of jelq.
- I use skin body moisturizer from Nivea as my lubricant, that is good enough right?
- Since I am uncircumcised, after doing the routine I pulled my foreskin to see if those red dots have appeared they have not. When will they come?
- This last one is going to piss off a few people, but I need to know this: HOW do I do kegels? I did search, I promise but I could not find any instructions. So please help me if you can. Thanks.
