I can't help but get fully hard when I jelq

My sex drive is probably unusually high and when I jelq I’m rock hard in about 3 seconds even when warming up I can’t help but get hard it is quiet annoying because erect jelqing is a no no, I’ve tried holding it down between my legs so it can’t go up but it still manages to get to about 80%-90% erect I really need a solution for this, advice please.

I used to get harder than I wanted and first, I would just stop and let it go down, then restart and if that didn’t work… I start reciting different things to myself to take my mind off of it. It worked for me quite well. The other thing that I’ve seen on here is to try masturbating like 45 mins to an hour before to decrease sensitivity. Over time, you’ll get used to the feel and it will become less arousing. Those are a couple ideas. I’m sure there will be more of other users before too long… just be patient and you’ll find something that works for you.

I focus on my breathing and think of nasty things then start back up. It’s hard not to be aroused, but I’m guessing you get use to it…3 weeks now and I’m still getting hard from jelqing.

Some few guys are able to maintain the right amount of wood for jelqing right from the start. Most guys get hard at first. No worries, you will adjust.
