I can't get hard and I'm FREAKING out

I was stretching holding only the glans and I might have done it do hard, I’ve only had about 3 sessions but my anxiety has spiked and I’m freaking out, hindsight is a bitch, am I just freaking out and is it going to get better? I was reading about some guy who was doing an uli and couldn’t get hard for a week and realized I was feeling pretty numb as well after constantly stretching and worried the same thing might happen to me and thats when it happened, so I got scared and tried to get hard watching porn and couldn’t

I am ABSOULETLY freaking out right now, I can’t even get a tiny semi 20% erection, I know I might have stretched wayyy too hard but did I really get injured after 3 sessions? Please I need help, I know I might sound like an idiot but what guy doesn’t take their penis very seriously

You are freaking out my dude. Erections and freaking out do not mix. I know it’s sounds impossible, but just relax. Go do something else. Don’t to anything rash. I freaked myself out once. My personality let me keep it at arm’s length. Like 99.9999% you will be just fine.

Once I had a numb patch that freaked me out. Some crazy hangers hang through the numbness and come out ok.

You can’t get an erection while freaking out, that’s for sure. Do you think you could get one while someone is pointing a gun at your head? Give it a few rest days, don’t even think about it, and you’ll be fine. But be cautious next time, and don’t stretch your glans ;-)

Pretty much everyone who does PE long enough or pushes the boundries a bit far will have times when they over-do it and can’t get hard for a few days. It’s the PE equivalent of over-doing the squats and the next day knowing you couldn’t run because just walking up stairs is painful.

Put it down as part of the learning curve, which you probably need from reading your post; stretching only from the glans, stretching way too hard, constantly stretching are not things anyone here would recommend to a newbie, and they won’t get you faster gains.

Yes, don’t freak out. And everyone of us probably has done so, especially as young bucks. So do relax, even though that can be as difficult to do as not thinking about pink elephants.

STOP freaking out. Although some people believe you shouldn’t go as far to lose EQ it’s not really a big deal as long as you don’t have a hot first date tonight and you’re expected to smash.

Low EQ is the bodies equivalent to CNS fatigue after a heavy weight lifting workout in my opinion. Just like your pecs may be soar, and will be weaker for a few days your penis does the same thing. Do some light jelquing for a day or two and it will return soon enough, probably even better than before (Growth). I frequently push myself to this point of fatigue. Although some don’t suggest it; I have got modest gains and am EXTREMELY happy with my results. It’s just a cycle. it’s much more likely to happen with length exercises, but CAN happen from either girth of length.
