I can't gain girth
It’s been a good 2.5 years since I’ve begun PE (with various breaks ranging from a few weeks to one 6 month period). After trying a bunch of different types of exercises I ended up shooting from 5.75” BPEL to 7.5” BPEL and currently sitting at about 7.25”. This was all done with simple manual stretches and lots of rest.
My EG has basically sat around 4.5”-4.6” the whole time. I recall noticing EG gains when I was a newbie, but my girth measurement technique was faulty so I am dismissing the 4.9” I recorded back then. Ever since I found a consistent measuring technique it has sat around 4.5”. I have tried jelqing, erect jelqing, uli’s, horse440s, orange bends, jelq squeezes and clamping.
If anything, the more intense stuff either made me lose a little girth or just made my dick feel like shit (hard and flaccid, turtling, hard to get erections etc). Clamping made me lose some base girth, and erect jelqing made me lose shaft girth. The problem is I think I am a less-is-more person, but you need at least moderate intensity to gain EG. Also, I think all the intense exercises I’ve tried have made my tunica tough as steel… However I just got off of a 6-week decon break and am back at it.
Any ideas for me? I am borderline giving up here… the last things I can think of are BTB jelqing (i suspect dick circulation problems) and changing my lube to vitamin E baby oil (the body lotion I’ve been using has been leaving my dick rather dry and possibly with tougher skin). I don’t think I am ready to get into mechanical PE (pumping). Should I just do a shitload of jelqing, like 500 a session? Help me out here!!
