Every time I do after about 5 seconds it starts to fill up with blood,

I had the same problem when I first started. It’s because you are doing something to your penis you don’t usually do. So it arouses you a little. But you will get used to it and it will get easier to get a good stretch instead of an engorged horrible stretch!

2) Do it while standing and bend one knee so that you have most of your weight on it, exercising your quadriceps. By performing any physical exercise and getting tired will make your erection go off.
