I can not find out how to do a ULI

Uli’s are for girth right? I’ve searched relentlessly but I can not find out how to do them. Have you gained doing Uli’s and how do you perform them?

Become partially erect. Your dick should be horizontal or slightly above horizontal. Next grasp at the base. It might help to kegel first to force more blood in. Slowly force the grip forward by degrees going forward and falling back a little each time or alternatively, just force forward until there’s good expansion and hold for 30 seconds. Use your own judgement on how much is enough.

but how much forward should I push? and why I must back down?
