I look but couldn’t find any similar threads.

If you reach your PE goal and then stop, does your penis return to it’s normal size? Do I have to keep doing PE for the rest of my youth?

How old are you geleez? Some guys stop and keep their size stays the some guys stop and they lose some of their gains, and some guys stop and lose all of their gains.

I think I would shoot for an extra 1/2 inch myself just to make sure if I planned on stopping, but I don’t see that happening because I like PEing.

From what I have read you need to keep up a maintenance routine until your results are cemented. How long it takes varies from person to person. Search for maintenance routine or something of that nature.

Actually we have had discussions on this, and a interesting observation a fellow member had (Wadzilla I think?) He noted that he lost size just from aging. He measured in his early 20’s and by the time he was in his early 30’s he lost size. This is without PE.

We came to the conclusion (or I did) that PE was necessary for maintaining not only obtained size but God given size as well.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Deadeye, I have often theorized that a guy’s penis will naturally increase as he gets older even without doing any PE. I would call it “natural PE” over time, consisting over normal use of the penis during sex, plus erections that occur naturally during sleep, that each lead to stretching of the organ gradually over the years.

While these forms of naturally occurring penis stretching may not lead to the dramatic increases that manual PE techniques offer, I wonder if most men on average see at least a modest increase in penis size from early adulthood into their 30’s, 40’s and beyond?

Have other new members felt that their penis size increased as they got older, even before using any PE techniques?

Actually mine got smaller. Really. After getting on a good exercise program and PEing for a few months I was back to normal.

Don’t stop. Don’t ever stop. There, problem solved. Why would you ever want to stop is my question? It just feels sooooo gooooood.

Actually if you have a rather small break of 2-3 weeks it should not matter, I think. But anything beyond that would be certainly problematic. Why not stick to it then permanently as RoomToGrow say, it’s really worth it.

We shrink as we get older; the whole body.
We get shorter, smaller, more compact and less elastic.

Unless we take an active approach to stretching ourselves out via exercise, as you age naturally collapse; your bone density decreases, etc. Everything. I am now almost a full inch shorter than I was when I was 20.

My feet seem to be getting bigger though. Probably the New York City streets.

You know what they say about guys with big feet.
They have big shoes.

Before: I'd like to show you something I'm very proud of, but you'll have to move real close.

After: I\'d like to show you something I\'m very proud of, but you guys in the front row will have to stand back.

The only thing you need is a maintenance routine, which is about 2 day / week for a 20 min routine stretch + girth. Lets say more 30 min routine, 2 day a week. I think I can do this little work to maintain my gains, no big deal.

What Ramrod wrote, “cementing gains”, is indeed the search term.

Wrong. Lost 0.5 in length and 1’ in girth :.
