I Am Starting My Pe Routine After A Month Of Researching It

I am new in this forum, I ve been intersting in PE for almost a year now. Just like in school you need to learn before you try. I have been researching all over the Internet for a long time: I joined many PE forum as possible as I could and read articles and study anotomy of the penis and also I decided to buy a book called “EXERCISING THE PENIS” on amazon. I guess I have learnt lot from all of that. I am in position to say that I am feeling GRADUATE FROM PE DEGREE. Just like any new DOCTOR I need practise to become the MASTER OF PE and help others..

This is my new routine start on: 7th June 2009

2 min WARM UP WITH HOT TOWEL

5min JELQING SECTION

5min PUMPING SECTION

10min JELQING SECTION

10min PUMPING SECTION

2min WARM DOWN WITH HOT TOWEL

1min MASSAGE THE PENIS WITH CREAM

TOTAL MIN PER DAY 35 MIN (BEGINNER)

Well I also research about some supplements and I am very familiar with those which can help me out achieve my goal fast the one who force more blood in the penis.

I WILL TAKE YOHIMBINE 9MG plus L-ARGININE 500MG—-1 morning and 1 in afternoom

I will keep you updating my results every 7th of each month until January of 2010 where I will access my progress

My current size:
Flacid:4.7
Erect:5.77

Good luck bro, imagine if you started a year ago you may be .5 to an inch bigger now:) . Sometimes in life you need to “Just do it” and learn as you go. Your workout looks good, I’m not a pumper though and your choice of supplements look good.

I’d say your routine is a bit much for a beginner. However, if you are insistent on not following the Newbie routine, I would suggest that you keep close track of your PIs for any sign of over training.

I do agree with you my routine sound bit too much for newbie, I guess the penis will get to used as I go forward, the pumping thing I learnt from DR KAPLAN which he recommend 20 min I cut it to 15 min in two section one of 5min and the othe 10 min.. I am planing to add clamping after three months I am confident about my programme HOPE IT WORK.as I am a newbie ANY SUGGESTION ARE WELCOME.

About your routine, you are avoiding stretches, I see. You don’t like them? Also, what’s the cream you massage with? I mean, what it is supposed to do?

Honestly, The newbie routine is a perfect way to start towards a horse dick. It works wonders, even though it doesn’t seem like a lot. :)

You going to do any kegels?

The reason I m avoiding stretches exercises, is because the pump already stretches the penis while I am pumping, the cream I am using is “Dr kaplan cream lube”

I guess you are right, newbie could be the right way to start, but I am just want to use it as “plan-b” if in the next three months I don c any progress with mine then I will consider the newbie routine,

Yeah I forgot to mention it I will do kegels 50-100weekly. I am planning to stick with this routine for the next 3 months and c out it goes.

News and uptdate!

I took pictures of my dick flaccid and erect state, I will keep in my file and I will post them here in the next 3 months to compare before and after and access my progress with your honest comments!

I realised today on my second section that my dick reach 6inches for the first 5min of pumping/jelqing and 6.5 in the second section of 10min jelqing/pumping. I use the same pressure 4-5 gauge on pump.

Am I push too hard?

Experts of pumping recommends about 3-5 hg here, I think.
