I Am Starting My Pe Routine After A Month Of Researching It
I am new in this forum, I ve been intersting in PE for almost a year now. Just like in school you need to learn before you try. I have been researching all over the Internet for a long time: I joined many PE forum as possible as I could and read articles and study anotomy of the penis and also I decided to buy a book called “EXERCISING THE PENIS” on amazon. I guess I have learnt lot from all of that. I am in position to say that I am feeling GRADUATE FROM PE DEGREE. Just like any new DOCTOR I need practise to become the MASTER OF PE and help others..
This is my new routine start on: 7th June 2009
2 min WARM UP WITH HOT TOWEL
5min JELQING SECTION
5min PUMPING SECTION
10min JELQING SECTION
10min PUMPING SECTION
2min WARM DOWN WITH HOT TOWEL
1min MASSAGE THE PENIS WITH CREAM
TOTAL MIN PER DAY 35 MIN (BEGINNER)
Well I also research about some supplements and I am very familiar with those which can help me out achieve my goal fast the one who force more blood in the penis.
I WILL TAKE YOHIMBINE 9MG plus L-ARGININE 500MG—-1 morning and 1 in afternoom
I will keep you updating my results every 7th of each month until January of 2010 where I will access my progress
