I am new, non-erect help.

I just came across these forums and I am very curious..
I am a tad over 7inches long when erect and I have about 5inch of girth.
(Do not have the exact measurement I mean I can’t tell you if I am 7.02 or 7.3 or
Something I have never really measured my penis with that much precision)
I have always been comfortable with the size of my penis but I mean what guy does not want a bigger one :D
What I am a little self conscious about is how I look when I am not erect.
I am only 3.7inches long (Just measured) Is that a good length?
And is there anyway to improve that.
If there is, which by the looks of the forum there is. What is the fastest most effective way.
Hanging seems very effective, but seems to take to long to see the rewards.
Jelqs or whatever they are called, seem like the most popular method, but I have no idea how to do them,
The text description is not very clear, if they are very effective can I be pointed somewhere that
Can explain more clearly.
Oh and if maintaining a routine is the best way. Then can someone point me to the most popular routine
And explain to me how to do all the stretches.

Also look up fowfers. I have found them to be the single biggest exercise to increase flaccid hang. On a side note, I think that flaccid improvements are something you need to work on consistently to keep. Erect gains should be fairly permanent, but flaccid is a long term project.
