Should they be done daily and what is the average size I can grow?

I’m no expert just a newbie but I can guess that the vets would recommend you to start slowly with jelqing, as to how much you can gain it depends on the person but on average the idea I’ve gotten is inch or two over multiple years of diligent PE

Check one of the newbie routines. Generally, they revolve around 2 days on/1 day off (which works out to 5 days on/2 days off per week), a 5 min warmup and warmdown, and 10-15 minutes of stretching and 10 mins of jelqing.

It depends, though. For some people, 10 mins of jelqing (which works out to 150 jelqs for me) is too much. Some people recommend 50 or less jelqs for newbies. My penis was a bit more conditioned, apparently (lots of 30-40 masturbation sessions do that, I guess :-\ ), so I never really experienced many of the adverse effects of jelqings.

Before you start, you would benefit a lot by doing some major research. I first tried jelqing almost a year ago, and injured myself. Thankfully it wasn’t major, so I learned a big lesson from that experience. I would suggest you do as much reading as possible around this forum, and even other PE forums. Exposing yourself to all of this information will give you a better chance of success in the long run.

If reading around the forums is too much of a chore, you aren’t going to have fun with PE!

Agreed. Do research before, and after, you begin PE. I did a solid week of research, reading up on routines, techniques, etc. every single day, and found I had even MORE questions after I started my routine, even with my lengthy prep. You can never do enough research when it comes to your body, especially given the nature of PE.

Read all of the newbie threads (START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Info) and then start with the newbie routine (Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine).

+1” length and +1/2” girth seem to be ballpark reasonable expectations but some people gain faster/more and some gain slower/less.
