As a basis i have the classic newbie routine, but i am trying new things all the time so hard to tell you. I guess a detailed answer to that would be my thread, which you can find bellow at my signature.

To give you something of substance though, my last session was:

5-min warm-up
21-min stretching of 40 seconds per stretch
15-min of two handed jelqs on 60% erection level
5-min warm-down

total 55 minutes.
