8-ball do you have the results?

Jack1015: check the first post where he edited in this:

WARNING: 8-Ball no longer recommends PE surgery with Doctor Gary Rheinschild. While my initial opinions on experiences with my operation were positive, things have taken a DRASTIC turn for the worse. The doctor was extremely negligent with the surgery and the aftercare, and the results have been disastrous. Please read ALL of my posts regarding penis enlargement surgery before considering this. I used to speak highly of the man and his procedures, and it is important to read EVERYthing I have written about my experience at this forum to get a good handle on how things have turned out so far.

Hey 8ball,
I had a length/girth done by reinschild a few years ago and lost 2” in length. Naturally, I need to have it corrected.
Who would you recommend, given your experience? Is Dr Rosenthal a good choice? I looked into Dr alter but he no longer offers girth enhancement.
I’m sort of at the end of my rope on this one and could use some input.
I need to have the dfg removed and have a replacement but the current winds suggest that alloderm is unsafe and I don’t know of any other options.

Thanks,
Brabbit.

Sorry about reading that. Did he ever explain why the surgery turned out to be a disaster? I have been looking for a post about that but cannot find it.

Sorry to hear of your failed surgery as well brabbit. Unfortunately, 8-Ball hasn’t logged in here for over a year. It’s worth using the search function on this site to look at comments about the other doctors you have mentioned; I think they have all cropped up here in the past. (Info on how to search effectively in my signature line).
Perhaps someone else will be able to help you with advice on who is OK, but I have a horrible suspicion that good surgeons end up doing ‘legitimate’ surgery, and PE surgery attracts mostly surgeons who are just out to make money. I might be being a bit unfair there, but I work in the medical community so I’m allowing myself an opinion.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I am sorry I am just now responding to you (hadn’t been to TP for a few years but now I’m back). I had my DFG removed by a urologist named Rich Wineland back in 2005, a few months after Rheinschild did the original surgery. He did a great job and the surgery was a success, as I regained all my lost length over a period of time. Unfortunately I don’t think this particular doctor still does this type of surgery but you could always inquire, he is in Orange County, CA. I would just be very careful and get a few opinions. I was told that the longer the grafts are in place, the more difficult and risky the procedure becomes when they are removed. I know this is not good news, but for guys like us that already made a huge mistake once it is important to do our due diligence and go into any type of revision surgery with realistic expectations.

In your post you are mentioning not just removing the grafts, but getting new ones put in. I would highly recommend that you reconsider that. To get butchered as badly as I did, and to be lucky enough to get back to where I started in terms of both size as well as the look, feel, and function of my penis, to me is a huge success and I thank my lucky stars that I was able to do this. If you have a choice between getting back to where you started OR risking it again with another girth surgery, you’d be a fool to choose the latter.

I don’t mean to sound harsh, but you need someone who can relate to what you’re going through tell it to you straight. I remember once in one of my threads someone summed up girth procedures very well when they said “this is like playing Russian Roullette with your dick…with 5 bullets in the chamber.” Very accurate from everything I’ve seen and experienced. Take it from me, you should do what you can to get back to where you started and then STOP and never consider something like this ever again.
