I am getting some balls pain

Hey I am doing the “simple ADS” thing.

I saw some good result in the first week (I gained 0.3” in a week I think it’s because I got a small penis 4 and 1/5 in)

When I hit 30 min I start getting some balls pain, therewith it’s not that much painful .

I just wanted to check if this is a possible injure (is it a harmful ?, do I have to quit or something ?) and I wanna know for how long do I have to keep this thing up and if there’s an other workout to stack it with this for more results ?
