Hello guys I have been peing for two years.Currently,I use extender for 5 hours daily,I do 50 dld blasters in my manuel strech routine.and I jelg on 80,90 erection level every night-600 jelgs.My question is(because in the past I had some great gains but I never jelged that time)so does the jelging in high erection level can help me with the lenth or can harm me?What does have the girth work in general with lenth activities.I am not newbie but I never exercise the girth.and my penis is turling in the morning which for me is new before from the night streching I was longer in flaccid the next morning.Routine or help.tnx.

Well to my understanding jelqing at higher erection levels focuses more towards girth. I would suggest lowering the erection level to about 40-50% to target length. Also, how long does 600 jelqs take you? If you are doing them quickly, I would suggest lowering the number to around 150-200 good, solid, quality 3 second jelqs.

Jelq at a low enough level that you still have some ‘stretch’ left in your penis. Then do a slower jelq 3-5 seconds and at the end of each jelq pull it tight for a short stretch 5-10 seconds.

You shouldn’t need to do more than 100 at any given time.

Quality is more important than quantity.

With such a high number I wouldn’t remain focused on quality, I’d just want to end the buggering routine. And yeah Marc that’s what I’m doing about 100-200 everyday nice and slow. Just made a thread on whether I should up that or not. I will if it can give me more gains.

I would only up it once you stop gaining. Going up too soon when you are still gaining may end up causing you to have to jelq more and take more time out of your day when you could be jelqing less and still gaining just about the same amount.

600? Wow, that would take forever. The most I’ve done is 200 while trying to focus on the quality. So each one was taking me between 3-4 seconds. Then I would reset and do another. Just the 200 alone seemed to take almost 25 mins.
