I always get hard during PE.

I have been doing PE for 7 months now. I am an extremely horny person and before I do PE I always jack off so I don’t get hard while doing it.

Well I have worked up to 20 mins stretching and 20 mins jelqing and I can’t do it that long without getting sensation back into my penis to the point where I get hard.

Now I have to jack off between my stretching and jelqing so I don’t get hard during jelqing, freaking annoying!

Suggestions?

And before ppl said my penis would get used to it but it hasn’t!!

Anyway, you don’t say whether or not you’ve been real consistent with your routine over 7 months. If its been hap-hazard at best, then I can understand your issue.

If you have PE’d regularly then your penis should know the difference between work and play.

Sunshine is a lady. You know I would not worry to much about it. Like sunshine said how frequently are you doing PE. And yes if your watching porn while doing PE turn the porn off. One, you need to concentrate on your technique. Two, your less apt to injure yourself if you pay close attention to what you are doing to your dick.

I have been doing it very consistently. First 4 months I had very good gains then my fourth month I went to a more advanced routine and actually lost some :(
Last 2 months haven’t really gained anything :/

Ok, that tells me that when you went to the more advanced routine you may have over done it. One school of thought here is keep doing the newbie routine, or your version of it, until you no longer get gains, then increase.

I would suggest, and I’m sure other fellas will chime in, that you take a short break and then start in again with the newbie routine. Check out the thread on Physiological Indicators or PI’s. If you click on my favorites button, you can find the thread that way, I think its like the third or fourth one down the list.

If you just touch your penis and it gets hard, that kinda says he is thinking its play time and not work time. The only thing I can suggest there is when you get an erection, let go and let it subside. Maybe you just need to retrain it.

Advanced routines should only be done a few days a per week. The rest period should be longer between sessions. Likely you over did it and need a decon break for a week or two. Then resume the newb program until gains stop.

Your losing the effectiveness of a program by ejaculating before hand. You want a healthy blood flow and ready tumescence during the workout in order to stimulate blood pathways.

Thing about that one person who turns you on the most. I would imagine it was a girl. If not I do not mean to offend. Now image her bald with an enormous top lip and a eye patch. Now image here tig o bities hanging to her belly button. Now imagine the most serious case of acne you have ever seen all over her body. With the nastiest teeth you can think of.

Now.. Think of THAT when you PE.

That just gave me goose bumps. And a very limp unit.

But on a more serious note. I agree with Lonelysurfer. When you ejaculate It stops the majority of blood flow to your unit for a certain amount of time. That’s why your able to get a little softer when you do so. But in return your getting a weak workout. Being erect ain’t all the bad anyways. It’s supposed to be a good workout for your girth the more erect you are.

I kinda have the same problem. But I just started PE 2 weeks ago. But if I concentrate really hard I won’t pop a full erection.

I don’t know whether this will work for you, but I guess it’s worth a try.

It work’s for me, but it could be due to my ED problems.

When I get too erect when PE’ing, I kegel as hard as I can until my BC muscle becomes tired. Erection subsides after about 10 seconds of that hard hold.

Again, it could be just me (due to my ED), never heard anyone else use this technique before.

You are supposed to jelq hard, so I don’t understand your problem. You also had good gains, so after 7 months of consistent work it could be time for a decon-break. As sunshinekid suggested, after the decon-break it would be wise doing again what worked: the newbie routine.

I’m a little confused about jelqing hard. Do you mean hard as in pressure, or hard as in erection? At the end a jelq, aren’t you supposed to kegel? When I kegel at the end of a jelq, it feels like more blood goes to the glans, but I don’t get “aroused” to the point of full erection. Shoot, I am still waiting to see if my EQ will go off of the charts with my exercise.

You may also want to start learning how to “edge” and/or “balloon”. It will teach you alot about ejaculation control, give you multiple orgasms, (I think of them as mini-orgasms) and some would argue that it, (ballooning), can even add to girth. If interested, you might want to look at Werners old posts on the subject. It sounds like you just need to control your pleasure a little more. Just a thought.

I’m going out on a limb here, I think, that the correct hardness level for jelqing is between 60 and 80%. If fully erect there isn’t really any place for the blood to go and if to soft, then you are stretching.

I also think that your grip should be firm, not hard. You don’t want to squish the poor thing, you want to “milk” it and not as in masturbation either.
