Hype About Chili Peppers

Hype About Chili Peppers

I came across a few posts by other members sporting the positive effects of chili peppers on PE, which spurred me to do some browsing around the site to find a particular effect it they may have. I haven’t found anything too informative that seemed non sarcastic, so I can’t really conclude anything. I would do an Internet search, but so much of the data out there is one way or the other that I normally get too many different opposing opinions. That’s why I’m posting this- I’d like to get some info from someone who practices the consumption of chilies for PE purposes and why they eat them during.

I know that the capsaicin in chilies and spicy foods helps prevent blood clotting and is said to improve circulation and healing throughout the entire body. Is that the primary benefit in PE, or is there more to it than that? Justin curious.

"Look at the beautiful bonsai tree. Its growth and shaping did not happen overnight. It has taken many months for this strongly rooted trunk to grow to maturity; it's growth has been aided each day. It has been tied back at times. It has been trimmed, watered, fed, and loved. Now it is strong and robust, ready to impress all that look upon it and splendor in its majesty."

After reading that quote, don't you think you should treat your trunk like that?

17ml was the only one really preaching the chili diet and he was so full of shit no one could really take him seriously. The main benefit of capsaicin is the release of endorphins and improved circulation but over consumption can wear away the lining in your stomach and kill helpful bacteria, not to mention hemorrhoids.

I know that the strength of raw garlic can do the same. So, for our general purposes and from the articles that twatteaser gave, it seems pretty much that what I already knew about chilies was true- that it helps circulation and some active healing agents in the body.

Thanks for the help, guys. I appreciate it.

I don’t know about for PE, but I’ve been convinced that Circumin is one of the about four things I feel are worth taking (along with multi-vitamin, fishoil, resveratrol) as supplements to healthy diet. It’s not from chili peppers, but somewhat similar so thought I’d share.

Multi vitamins suck

Women love cats. Men say they love cats, but when women aren't looking, men kick cats.

If anything Indians and Koreans would have the greatest of libidos due to the mix of spices and boy they like it hot as they eat two heaped teaspoon of chilli on a daily basis yet they too suffer inpotence recurring to special medicinal plants like gingseng and ashawaghanda respectively

A quite famous male Italian porn star often says when interviewed that he regularly eats cayenne pepper for erections before a scene (they actually shoot a backstage where he showed the caps in his hand) , he uses caps to avoid stomach issues. It’s a vasodilator and thermogenic so that makes sense. I use cayenne pepper , ginger and garlic in my diet and they do make a difference not only for my dick, but for energy as well, not to mention all the benefits for your blood and pressure.

Your dick won’t grow permanently though, that’s BS imo

Because of my naturally curious personality, I bought a few peppers today. About 8 Serrano peppers and 2 Anaheim’s. I normally put jalapenos on my sandwiches, so I supplemented them with a couple of my new buddies. After the feeling of what what felt like a freight train exploded and slowly burned to ashes on my tongue subsided, I noticed a really good feeling all over my body. Later, when I arrived home, I ate a pepper about ten minutes before starting my PE regimen. I will tell you, it felt great, better than I thought it would. After my regimen, I decided to pump lightly after snacking on another one of my new little buddies. The vascularity of my penis surprised me to no extent. Normally my veins are somewhat prominent in my pump, but this time, they were truly on the surface. I could see each vein, its connections, and the blood pumping through them.

It was truly an amazing experience; however, it’d be bad science to attribute that to merely the peppers. I had also drank alot of water today because of the exquisite pain in my mouth, so it could be a bit of confirmation bias. Regardless, it seems that peppers do add something to my PE regime. If nothing else a pleasant, almost high feeling. But that could be explained by the A-B Process Theory of psychology, where the pain in my mouth was pulled down to a below baseline rate to make me feel good afterwards. If that’s the case, then continued use of the capsaicin will result in less pain each time but a gradual increase in the pleasure and vascularity response.

But that’s just my own untested hypothesis.

It has more to do with peppers causing a inflammatory and pain response within the body, so certain hormones and messagers are sent to react to the perceived injury and releave pain. The increase in blood flow is a result from the tiny barbs and hot oil in peppers being an irritant, so the natural reaction would be to rush more blood and platelets, proteins, etc. to repair the damage. Kind of like the redness that comes from over exposure to UV rays aka sun burn. Now the endorphin rush is believed to be the body’s reaction to that pain by releasing dopamine and other horomones to put you at rest for a few hours, don’t count on it’s to last though…. the body is a tricky bitch when it comes to cutting you off your jones and adapting to higher levels of pain. Just don’t blow your ass out!

Don’t worry- I eat raw garlic all the time, so I know now to tolerate pain in the restroom! But yes, the body is all kinds of tricky about things like that. My physiological psychology dealt with all the tricky things like that, and the definite answer is our bodies just like to piss us off at times.

Like any “body treatment”, you should alternate periods of supplements ON with short periods OFF, that way your body keeps responding to the effect of the “supplements” and doesn’t adapt easily.

I’m in the camp with MarkPE. I take (2) 450 mg capsules of Cayenne daily. It’s not the only supplement I take and the plan is to rotate them in and out of my routine. Like 1 month of the supplement and then 2-3 weeks off. Call it detox I guess. There have been instances of people claiming they used this stuff, garlic and others to kill cancer when the doctors gave up or they didn’t want Chemo.

I don’t see where short term use should harm you. Most Americans put a lot worse into their bodies daily for extended periods of time!

Mind over matter. All of life is transitional.

In the supplements forum there is a thread on cayanne. Rather than repeating info, go look it up, it will give you further opinions and experiences.

I know there’s something of supplements there; however, I’ve read that ingesting the substance from the source can often be more beneficial for the body than can supplemental sources. That’s why I posted this. Thanks for the info, though.
