Hydration For Gains?

Hydration For Gains?

I am curious of those users that are having gains if you drink allot of water.
I know for years I drank nothing but soda which I believe keeps you dehydrated.
For the last year or two I have been drink nothing but a hybrid of Black and Green sweet tea, which keeps me very hydrated.

Also wondering for those that have ED or EQ problems what they typically drink as a refreshment.


Start: BPEL (02/18/2018): BPEL: 7" / NBPEL: 5.5" / BEG: 5" / MEG: 4.50" / TEG: 4" / NBPFL: 4" / FG 4"

Current (05/17/2018): BPEL 7" / NBPEL: 6" / BEG: 5" / MEG: 4.50" / TEG: 4.25" / NBPFL: 4.5" / FG 4"

Long Term Goal: BPEL: 7.5" / NBPEL: 7" (Need to loose some weight) / BEG: 6" / MEG 6" / NBPFL: 5.5" / FG: 4.5"

Not sure it correlates. Drinking only tea can’t be good for you. I think it has caffeine in it aswell. Unless your piss is nearly clear, you should drink more water.

I am more curious about just being hydrated.
I know while I was drinking soda I had blood pressure issues which can lead to ED.
Since stopping drinking soda my blood pressure has leveled out.

So my question is for the “Gainers” and for those suffering from ED what they drink on a daily bases?

Some sweet teas have large amounts of sugar and aren’t that much better than most sodas. Hard to say how it effected EQ but my overall health improved when I started drinking adequate amounts of water every day.

edit: usually I’ll drink water all day and have wine at night (with more water of course.)

I drink 3- 5 l of water every damn day but I do also drink around 1 l of black coffee as well. I’ve always just drank loads of water my whole life and it really aids in having good skin and a full flaccid hang. Just try to go in a sauna and sweat out all the water and see what happens to your flaccid.


Stats as of now: 20 cm BPEL/ 14 cm GIRTH. Started out at: 16 cm BPEL/ 11.8 cm GIRTH.

Drinking water may help but not likely. It will help with detoxing and cleaning the body though which may help in healing but I think it would take a few things for that.

Helps with the flaccid hang. I can say this from my experience. On days when I forget to drink much, It seems to look a little more turtled up, less “full”. This was noticeable even before I started PE.

Also, helps to drink lots of water if you want to produce a lot of cum during sex.

Goal: at least 7 1/2 NBPEL x 5 1/2 MEG.

This brings up an interesting pattern in my own PE regimen. On Monday mornings, my sessions aren’t too great. Could be because I don’t drink nearly as much water on the weekends.

I’ll focus on that this coming weekend and try to see if there’s a difference next week.

Current: Oct 15, '22 - 7.875" BPEL, 5.875" MSEG

I notice too that I have a hard time getting back into my Monday routines. At work it is almost second nature for me to just chug water throughout the day, but it occurred to me I am probably drinking less than half that much while home on weekends. Gotta improve y weekend hydration game. Once Tuesday or Wednesday rolls around, I’m back to normal.

I am the exact same way. It is coffee until 10 or so in the morning, and then water the rest of the day. I have the occasional glass of sweet tea, and the only time I drink soda is with alcohol.
With regards to water and PE, I too have noticed that on Monday mornings I seem to not hang as much. Like others here, I am sure my weekend water consumption drops by half.
