In 1.5 years of PE and learning by lurking here are .75 BPEL and .65 girth, not bad as far as I am concerned, and I do it part time.

You were correctly told, the caffeine and smoking will constrict the blood vessels reducing the amount of oxygen and nutrient flow. You were drinking a Liter a day plus smoking!! WHEW! Blood-pressure must have been high?

Quiting Vices .. You quit one vice at a time and try to reduce with the others (if possible) meanwhile. You stopped fooling yourself and started taking care of yourself .. I commend your good work!!

I like your psyche on P.E. (Personal Enhancement). Should be about both your Physical & Psychological health.

Stay positive, perpetual, and persistent you will make permanent gains for your honest work.

When I was newbie, I just follow the simple 2on1off routine. I started my jelq when flaccid and up to 50%-70%.
