Do any other guys gain more when foreskin is pulled back I’ve noticed when taking measurements with my foreskin pulled back I have a bigger unit?

Yea. I’m uncut and when I pull my foreskin back it traps blood in my glans swelling it up and adding an extra .25” or so, head also gets way bigger. If I jelq with my foreskin pulled back I also notice the blood gets trapped in my dick for a lot longer.

Do you think it’s worth while getting cut for the extra length?

I am also wondering if it is worth getting cut for the extra length and better jelq.

I don’t think getting cut would help, in fact getting cut might decrease that advantage. The advantage comes form the tightening of the foreskin when I pull it over the glans, swelling up the glans a little more due to the constriction. I’m not sure if this does or doesn’t happen to guys who have been cut.

No, you can’t get cut on the NHS just because you want to. You have to have a valid medical reason for requiring circumcision.

Even privately, a reputable surgeon will not do it without reason. Some ‘cosmetic’ surgeons will, but you will pay for the privilege.

I was circumcised at 19; I do not believe you should do it unless there is a good reason, although I was happy uncircumcised and I am happy cut.
