Fowfers is a good way to end a session. Some say it helps the penis “heal” in a extended state. I usually do fowfers when my session is done, kind of like a warm down. Just tuck it in there between the cheeks and put on the pants and go on with your business. I can hold the stretch for a long time while doing my daily stuff, it’s a passive exercise. Fowfers is great for flaccid length.
The best way to look at it is to just do them every day with the occasional break, but don’t measure and obsess over it - just do it as your normal routine, like cleaning your teeth. When you get too worried about gains, then you get injuries. It does work, that’s all that matters - just keep at it.
If it worked really quickly and it was easy, then every guy in the world would be doing it and would have massive dicks. There are some people that believe it don’t work at all, and I like it that way :)
Time to measure girth soon... previously 4.5", been targeting girth for months!

Same thing here, had .5-1 inch flacid gains with no erect length gain for two weeks, then all of a sudden my erect length increased by .25-.5 inches. Erect length will probably come in a few weeks

Not sure I understand the post right. You have been doing PE for a week and you expect erect gains?
I’ve been at it for 5 months and haven’t seen a whole lot of gains. My Flaccid gains came quick and gave me a good extra inch or so, but in erect state I’ve only gained about 1/4 inch, if that. I’ve heard guys take years to achieve their goal. Everyone is different…
