Hows my routine

Is..
- 5 min of warm up
- 5 min of dry jelq
- 10 min of wet jelq
- Shower warm down

Anything I could do to perfect MY newbie routine??
Also I usually go on the 3-1 schedule but I’m thinking about going from 5-2 which works better.

Listen to Slack. I made my own routine that lasted about an hour and consisted of erect jelqs and ulis ++. I saw almost no gains for over 3 months.

I then went over my routine and basically switched to the newbie routine and BANG! 1,5 cm in about 1,5 months of this.

It took me almost 5 months before I saw actual gains.

Just listen and stick to the newbie routine. I bet you will gain within 1-2months.

Yeah I went too hardcore on my first month and not until I had to lighten way up on my routine did I see gains (I saw gains after I got some heavy spotting on my unit and didn’t PE for a few days). I used to do 5 on 2 off but I am switching to 2 on 1 off. Hopefully that will work better for me.. I will keep ppl posted.


Start (Aug.05): 6.6 BPEL x 4.375" EG

Now (Feb.2011): 8.6" BPEL x 6.0" EG...

Gains: 2.0" EL x 1.625" EG Way more than doubled my erect volume! PE for life. Anything is possible!

And stick to 5 min stretch and 10 min jelq?? No extending sessions?

Yes. The newbie routine is there for a reason. Its for newbies.

By all means go ahead and add time/reps, and add in exercises. But when you dont gain and/or injure yourself, next time, pay attention!

You’ve asked for advice, and you’ve been given it. Whether you take it or not is upto you…..
