How's it going guys
Well I decided I would join in on the fun. Back in high school I discovered PE and played around with it a little. Now its been about 4 years and sadly I fell off along the way, so I’m going to try it again. Hopefully you guys can keep me motivated as I’ve never stuck with a routine long enough to see gains. Right now I’m starting with 6.5”BPEL and 4.5” MSEG with a relatively low EQ (around an average of 75-80%). I will start with one of the newbie routines and hopefully stick with it this time. If any of you veterans have any advice for me please share it.
