Hello!

I’m a newbie here and was just wondering about how weight loss could affect my penis length and girth. I understand, that if there is some length hiding In me, it is covered by the fat pad, which is bellow our stomach. But how the loss of fat can change your penis size? Does it make girth smaller and length longer?

I’m curious, because about one year ago I was really into training, but fell off of that. I’m now getting back into it and going to go through an intense weight loss program. My goal is to lose 10 kilos, or 22 lbs, till summer. Maybe for some this wouldn’t be too hard, but with all of the work besides training it will be stressful, but In the end it will bring happiness to me and others around me.

My height is about 5’10 and my weight is 190 lbs. No, there is not a lot of muscle, that’s why I want to cut down. Also, in the past I heard Dr. Oz (I understand that it’s part of marketing plan for Dr. Oz business) saying, that every man, who loses 35 pounds, will gain an inch. Of course, it will not work for everyone, who is overweight. Mainly it should work for people, who have a high fat percentage. So, did some of you guys went through something like this? Your body changed for the better, but did your penis changed too?

You’re exactly right. We talk about two length measurements around here: BPEL and NBP. BPEL is measured when you’re erect and the end of a ruler is pressed against your pubic bone along the top of your penis. NBP is measured the same way, but you don’t press the ruler against your pubic bone, and just measure the part of your penis that is visible. Click on the FAQ button on the top of the page for more details.

The difference between the two is the thickness of your fat pad. Everyone has a fat pad. If you have very little body fat and are ripped, you’ll probably still have a fat pad of 1/4” or so. If you are overweight and need to lose 40 kilos, you will have a fat pad of more than an inch.

As you suspect, losing weight will reduce your fat pad, exposing more of your penis, and making it look bigger to your partner.

Well then I’m really happy! When I measure my BPL, I’m about 0.7 inches longer. That’s probably a really fat fat pad :D

But it is good to know, that I can get even more inches by getting healthier!

My fat pad is around .8 to .9 and I’m lean as hell right now. Don’t expect to gain a lot of NBP length but it is mostly genetics. I have a visible 8 pack without flexing with a lot of muscle mass. The lose 30lbs for an inch rumor is bullshit. I’ve lost 40lbs from bulking and my fat pad stayed the same the entire time. I think if I want my fat pad to change I would have to go below 10% bodyfat but that is not my goal.

Well, maybe this kind of thing could only work for really obese people. I have seen videos of people talking about the change of the fat pad. But they were atleast 60 pounds overweight :/

I think weight loss is great for penis confidence in general. Its a concept that a lot of fat guys don’t wrap there heads around. Being fat makes your penis appear smaller to you, to your partners, as well as maks it ‘functionally smaller’.

Actually smaller:

-The base of the post is buried in a pitchers mound of fat.
-Reduced blood flow
-Flaccid retreats into the fat pad
-Being within 10-12% bodyfat is optimal for a mans hormone profile. When he is in that lean range cool stuff happens hormonally.
-Makes you feel sexier about yourself, ‘more into your sexuality’ etc

Perceived as smaller:

Imagine 6 x 5 penis on a …

Skinny, lean guy = HE WAS SOOOO HUGE

Burly, fat guy = he’s got a small one… but its ok ‘its not the size of the boat’

1” + would be buried on the fat guy, and by comparison to the rest of his body, what hes got left (5” or less) would look even smaller…

It is my belief (my belief… perhaps not actual reality) that all who complain about not being able to burn off their fat pad are just not doing what needs to be done. A dexa scan will reveal to a person who thinks that they are 6% that they are actually 14%. If reducing the pubic fat is the goal, it is over all fat loss that must occur.

The realities of dieting for ‘normal people’ really suck. One must live in a caloric deficit until they reach their body fat goals. Sometimes taking time eating at maintenance and losing no weight. VERY, VERY FEW PEOPLE ACTUALLY PULL THIS OFF. Best bet is to focus on all the things that make living in that deficit bearable and knuckle down for the long haul.


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.

It varies. I lost 70ish lbs and only lost 1/2 in of fat pad. My Dick looks big now because my legs are much smaller. I’m trying to get below 20% body fat and let me tell ya, it’s not easy at all.

Hi,

Guys I’m morbidly obese 5’11” height and 375 pound weight my penis size is 4.5 inch when erect NBPEL. I can’t even measure for BPEL I will go to surgery (gastric sleeve) and I hope I will lose about 180 - 190 lbs. My penis is look’s like very thick (for me at least) diameter is 2.05 inch. I can feel more then 2 to 3 inch fat pad (I can’t measure for sure because it hurts when I push). I am asking if I lose 180-190 lbs is that increase my penis size but how it works about shaft skin ? Is my old fat pad skin going to my new shaft skin ?

I WISH it was an inch for every 30lbs lol. In the past 6 months or so i went from 290 to 230 and that has been about half an inch more visible dick. I have 1.25” more fat pad left and i hope to get that down to about .50” by losing another 60 lbs. It is very difficult to get rid of the fat pad completely because belly fat is the most stubborn you really gotta get like 8-10% body fat to get it down very low. However as Kavemonster pointed out at 6x5 almost exactly and 290lbs i had like a 4.5” nbpel and big thighs etc made it look tiny. Now between dick gains and fat loss i have another 1” visible plus smaller frame over a somewhat short time span it makes a big difference. Now just gotta grow another 1.5” and lose .75” in fat pad and will be in business!

Hey man, can’t say for myself because I am training and living like a bodybuilder, but I have not all those muscles, but I am swole, but live a sedentary life and I am with like 18~20% body fat.

But my friend which was a former bodybuilder here in Brazil, which had the same life as a have now, when he modified his training to crossfit because he felt he didn’t want to be a bodybuilder anymore, and he told me that because of the aerobic that the crossfit required he felt that he could last longer in bed, well for me it is obvious that when you improve your respiratory circulation and consequently your health it improves you in bed and time in sex.

And have a healthier life makes the circulation in your body good, thus, the nutrients, blood, oxygen, carbons will irrigate your body without problems and consequently improve results, in my way of vision, in PE as well. Because, think with me, stretch your penis will alongate the tissue and jelq as stretch can also make intramuscular and tissue nivel lesions, just like in the gym my friend, but again this is just my theory, so if you have some nice gas exchange, nutrients, proteins, aminoacids flowing in your dick all day, it surely will improve your results in PE.
