How to work through max expansion
I would really like to know how some of you broke the barrier of maximum expansion. My erect girth is a little over 5 inches, clamping and pumping I can achieve 5.5 but that is my max. I have been pe’ing for over a year and have conditioned for these things, I did take about a two week decon break maybe that was not long enough. I would really like to start seeing some gains, but I feel like in order to do so I need to start getting an expansion over 5.5.
Maybe I just need more time, just wondering what you guys think.. Right now I am doing 3x10 sets in the pump with very light jelqing in between. I also do some stretching before; bundles, v stretches about 20-30 seconds per hold.
