How to work through max expansion

I would really like to know how some of you broke the barrier of maximum expansion. My erect girth is a little over 5 inches, clamping and pumping I can achieve 5.5 but that is my max. I have been pe’ing for over a year and have conditioned for these things, I did take about a two week decon break maybe that was not long enough. I would really like to start seeing some gains, but I feel like in order to do so I need to start getting an expansion over 5.5.

Maybe I just need more time, just wondering what you guys think.. Right now I am doing 3x10 sets in the pump with very light jelqing in between. I also do some stretching before; bundles, v stretches about 20-30 seconds per hold.

I forgot to mention I am pumping at around 5hg.

To be honest, that routine sounds pretty mild, girthwise. Try some clamping, and measure your expansion at the end of each session.

I tried clamping already for about 4 months I did get some good expansion but never anything over 5.5 unless really really aggressive with two clamps killing my eq. I have quit a bit of discoloration now, so I am trying to avoid clamping at this time.

So basically that is what I am wondering, I need more in my routine? Suggestions, thoughts?

If you don’t get more expansion, there isn’t that much you can do. Generally speaking, anyway, you shouldn’t spasmodically search for max expansion, a prolonged, moderate and consistent regimen will yeld more stable gains.

Take in the account that I’m not a pumping expert anyway.

I have the same issue as you. I can’t do all I want in terms of routine due to privacy but if I could I would do the following. Water pumping while wrapping the cyclinder with a heating pad. Heat causes tissue bonds to loosen up to allow expansion.

I also found that clamping in this manner was helpful-place 1 clamp on to get the erection started then place 1 right at the base as far back as possible. Loosen up the first clamp to let the entire dick fill up. Slowly click down on the base clamp. When it is completely engaged and engorged, I then start reclamping the original clamp in front of the base clamp. This is extreme and not for newbies but is akin to people clamping and then pressing their dick up against a wall or flat surface. I got my best expansion with this although I’ve held off on it recently because I was worried it would stop my length gains which seem to come easier and I am about .4 short of my goal of 7.5 BPEL.

I have also clamped, and done manual exercises, that is why I posted here. As stated above I have been pe’ing for over a year, so no one jumps in and says did you do the newbie routine.

Do some squeezes, and squeeze hard! I can get some pretty mean expansion manually with some hard horse 440’s or manual uli squeeze. Alternate these with sets of pumping.

Do you mean right after your workout you measure 5.5 with no cockring or anything? If so, that actually might be pretty decent expansion.

Yea I get almost half an inch expansion in the pump, or in a clamp but cannot reach anything above. I have not seen any gains in a while so I feel like I need to break this barrier before I see any girth gains.

Ill try more squeezes and uli’s, could never get the hang of 440’s.

After my workout I can usually bring myself back up to 5.5 girth with just a cock ring but normally my girth varies from 5-5.2 I guess depending on how hard of a work out I have.
