How to use kegels for shooting

Sorry my English is not so good. I am A newbie, I want to know how I can use kegels for shooting my cum stronger in The air :-)

Must I do A kegel When semen wanna Come out? Is it A holder or A pusher with orgasm? So how do you use it for more power When ejaculate? Please Who can make me whizer?

Actually my experience is that you have to train them beforehand. Whne it comes to shooting its avery autonomous process that is to fast that I cant see how it can be emulated.
The moment I try to do anything while shooting it “slows” the process.

Its fast twitch muscle fibers and I guess fast intense kegels might help to train it. Resistance in flaccid and erect state through weights or stretching might give some more exercise.
