How to stretch without tension on upper section of penis?

I’ve looked at the video but really couldnt figure how the correct grip should be because the dude’s hand was covering it…I’m begining to feel slight irritation in the upper part behind the head whenever i stretch so i took this as a sign of relooking my style of stretching..

here is exactly what i do :

1- pull skin back as much as possible
2- creat ok grip with middle finger too to support a stronger grip
3- hand would be mostly horizontal
4- tighten as much as possible and pull

i feel most of the strain on the upper part wich really hurt..am i doing it wrong? what would be a good way to shift stress to the sides instead?

Hey man have you ever considered making a captains wrench? I use mine for manual stretches as well as hanging and for manual stretching it really is awesome and way more comfy than your hands

The part on top of the shaft right before the glans is a sensitive area. Try to put more pressure on the side if possible.

There are two things to consider with gripping. One is, you want to stretch the ligs, so you’re looking to achieve noticeable stress on your ligs. The other is, you eventually want to prevent extreme bloodpressure on the glans and you grip hard in order to block the bloodflow into your glans. That is most likely if you experience burst blood vessels on your glans after stretching.

If latter is not the case, loose the grip. Only grip as hard as needed to achieve a quality stretch. You don’t want to crush your penis.

How do you tell if the stretch is productive enough I mean should you feel it in the base of your penis or what?

Exactly. Normally you should feel a tension on the ligs near the base similar to the feeling you get in your leg ligs when your stretching your legs for sports.

It is hard to obtain after you are through tje newbie period though..anyone had similar problem with that?

This is why I suggested making a captains wrench you can get way more of a stretch with it since you aren’t relying on your hands to hold your penis and you can focus on getting a great stretch

Also when and if you want to start hanging you have a hanger as well.

MeLoco thanks I will look into that. I think it is about time since I am almost 5 months into it and not really gaining the last 2 months at all.

I am uncut so it might be a problem to hang. That seems to be in the air at least. What do you think?

Not really a newbie, I started in PE years ago when Tom Hubbards site was fairly new. Been off and on for a long while with mostly just manual stretching and now am getting serious about it again. Thunders is new to me though, It seems like an awesome resource and a great advantage to those who are starting off now.

I’m not sure about the whole uncut thing as I am cut and have no first hand experience. You might want to do some searches on the captains wrench and uncut and see what comes up? I have heard that it is more difficult to hang being uncut.
