I can’t seems to find away to gain girth id even stretch my penis so when I’m stretching ill measure to see if I’m a little bigger and I’m always the same 12.5cm I want to gain 1.5cm at least I know it don’t seem like lots but if I can get to 5.5in girth id be happy. Think about it a longer penis is nice but a women only has nerve ending for the first 2in of the vagina so if anything there gonna feel a wider penis then a long one. So is there any stretches or exercises that are really good for girth.

What have you been trying so far? We can only do so much with manual exercises. I’m thinking you and me are alike in the fact that we are hard girth gainers. I have seen no gains in girth since I’ve started manual exercises. I’m holding out as long as I can to condition my penis, then I’ll be moving on to clamping and maybe some pumping thrown in there.

It may also just take more time or a simple change in your current routine. Have you tried jelqing at higher erection levels?

I’ve tried jelqing at high erection levels but I find it hard to keep a 80-90% erection well jelqing. Have you experienced and penis fatigue as I think its called in the beginning of May I did my monthly measurment and I was 15cm know I measured couple days ago to check in and I can only get to 13.5 - 14 cm. I don’t wanna lose gains :(

Penis fatigue?

Girth gains take a lot of time. Better to do longer sessions but more spaced, like 1 on/ 1 off or 2 on/1 off at most, if your goal is girth.

My goal was just to get gains I did care where. But like I said I was 8.5cm flaccid and 15cm erect at beginning of the month now I’m 8cm flaccid and 13.5 to 14cm erect WTF happened.

You probably overtrained and lost your EQ. Try not masturbating/PEing for 3 days and recheck your size. Your EQ should increase and your size should be back to normal.
