How To Start
I have been a member of this site for over a year and at the beginning of January I started doing what I would like to have thought was a sufficient exercise: 4 nights a week I would do a 10 minute warmup and then do 10 minutes of jelqing. I did this for a couple of months and I saw some differences, mainly with erectile strength, slight changes in girth, and most noticeably in firmness, but nothing that increased the length or truly made a difference. Life got in the way (as it tends to do) and I had to change my daily routine which didn’t leave time for PE.
Well, I am back now and would really like to vigorously attack this situation. My problems are that I am not truly sure how to start a routine, what exactly I should do, how I can fit the amount of time necessary into my life, and if I can maintain. I am looking for help in answering those questions (also, ideas about products, hangers - the homemade kind, because buying a prefab hanger is just too strange to grasp) and also to see if anyone else starting would like a motivational buddy so we can propel ourselves to new lengths [pun intended].
I don’t know what the deal is with posting an email address, so I am just going to leave that open-ended for now, but I will check back to see if there are any hits. Looking for suggestions on routines in LAYMAN’S TERMS if possible.
