I’m from Brazil and I really would like to appreciate your help, comments, feedback in my question. So since 2002 I tried to make my dream to become real once I decide to invest on this great workout. Now I found you guys as a nice and perfect way and resource to follow and I would to start being a active member on this Community. So now my question is:
I Have the following device below and I would like how can I proceed in my daily routine using:

- Power Jelq device;
- Jes Extend;
- Penis Pump;
- Clamp cable;
- Enlargement cream;

What’s the best routine do I have to follow?

Start: 2002 - 14x5
Current: 2006 - 16x6
Goal: 20x7

What is “7”? That converts to 2.8 inches. What are you measuring, and how?

Some questions:

What do you want to work on — length or girth? From the devices you list, it looks like you’re targeting girth right now.

What have you been doing already? It looks like you’ve already been doing something that has increased both your length and girth. It will help us to know what’s worked so far.

What kind of pump is it? What brand? And what size?

First recommendation: throw away the enlargement cream. It’s useless, at least for it’s stated purpose. What kind is it?

Firstly thank you very much for the kindly replay. So now I’ll answer your question, trying explain you about.

- I want to work on for both length and girth as well.
- In my basic routine (means that I don’t now yet if it’s wrong or not) I start doing:

5 min. On warm up;
100 jelq’s with device;
10 min. Of pump device;
100 kegels;

All in 5 days per week, giving a break on the weekend. Also I didn’t use my Cable clamp yet!

- My Pump device is the more cheap one (manual acrylic pump);

So, once again can you please tell what could be better for me?As I told you, I’ll post some pictures as soon as a fix my bluetooth device!.

Anybody knows if can I do the Dry jelq with no warm up?

I’m also from Brazil and welcome to thunders!

The most important thing on PE is to learn how to do the PE stuff in the right way, it really works but takes time
you really have to think of PE like one more important thing in your life and try to spend the daily time needed
with it.

You don’t have to overdo and go crazy using all you have in hands at this stage, you can start with the
newbie routine… leave the “heavy stuff” for later… starting too hard may hurt yourself and your penis can
get used to hard work and will be harder to have gains on the future.

For the start i think you could do the newbie routine + “jes on as much as you can” but not in full strong for
the first and second month.

I have the same question as Ike.
Either you have mixed up cm and inches or you have a unit longer than a foot (16”).
It seems to me that the length is in cm and girth in inches.
Or are the dimensions 5, 6 and 7 the width (diameter) instead of circumference (girth)?
Can you clarify please.

Here are some suggestions. I encourage others to give you some thoughts too, as my time is limited today. However:

It appears that you’ve been doing PE for a few years, so your cock might be conditioned for more advanced exercises; but you apparently haven’t been stretching, and your jelqing hasn’t been too intense. So, as Astrix advised, I suggest you do the Newbie routine for a while, doubling your stretching and jelqing time progressively over the next few weeks. After a month or two of the Newbie routine, let us know how things are going.

The next thing I’d add, after you do the Newbie routine for a while, would probably be “horse jelqs” as VVC describes here. That’s basically squeezing while you slowly jelq a semi-erect penis.

Other suggestions:

I wouldn’t use the the pump you have as a PE device. You need to be using a cylinder that is the right size for your erect girth. Also, ideally, it should have a pressure gauge on it so you can regulate the amount of vacuum. If the pump pressure is too high, you can injure yourself.

Yes, as Starter said, measure your girth — the distance around your cock — and let us know what that measurement is. We can then suggest the right size cylinder for you to buy. Then you can get to work trying to find the correct size and quality cylinder in the Brazilian jungle. :p

Ideally, you should be warming up before dry jelqing. However, when you don’t have a source of heat available, you can lightly stretch and massage your penis for a minute or two to loosen things up and get the blood flowing.

Be careful with the jelq device. If you squeeze too tightly you can injure yourself. Don’t squeeze it any tighter than you are capable of squeezing when you are just jelqing with your hand.

Hi Starter and Ike,

Just to clarify for you guys about my current measurement: both of then are in cm and not in inches.

Length: 16 cm
Girth: 7 cm

I’m not sure if my math is right. That would put your girth at roughly the circumference of a 5 or 10 centavo coin, right? (The coin pics on that size are larger than actual size.)

I’m not accustomed to metric, but a US nickel (five cents) is about 6.6 cm; a US .25 coin is about 7.6 cm.

Regardless, you can do the newbie rountine for now, but add these two exercises:
The jelq squeeze
The Uli #3

Be careful. Start with 5 repetitions of both of those exercises each session, with each repetition taking 20 to 30 seconds. After two weeks, increase the number to 10 reps of each, holding the squeeze for up to 45 seconds.

After the first month, add a set of Horse 440s, as described here. (Good descriptions of the jelq squeeze and Uli #3 are linked from that page too.)

And while you can’t post to the member pics forum until you have more posts (so keep posting!) you can attach pictures here and one of us moderators will move them to their own thread in the member pics forum. I was just going to ask if 7 cm girth is correct, and I saw your new post. Correct units at last! So EG is 12 cm = 4.7 inches (conversion 2.54 cm = 1 inch). But I still wonder where you got the value 7 :)
