How to set up the routine?
Another quick question. Does anyone suggest splitting up the routine and have you still seen gains from it. If i decide to split it up and I doing roughly 10 30 second stretches and 250 jelqs should I do 5 stretches in the morning as well as 125 jelqs and do the remainder in the evening, or should I do streches in the morning and jelqs at night? How should I do that?
Another question, what way should I stretch for the stretches? Down, Up, Down to the Left, Down to the Right? I have read the Stretching and Jelqing 101, just wondering what everyone’s opinion on stretching is.
