How To Properly Hold Your Penis With Manual Stretches?

So I injured my penis by failing to regulate the pressure with my vac hanger and after 2ish months my penis still is in the process of healing. I have decided to put the vac hanging on the shelf for awhile and do manual stretches on the hour while I am awake. The tension and work on my penis is fine the only problem I am having is with circulation. My penis gets SUPER dark when I am doing a stretch and always let the blood flow return for a while in between stretches but the problem is always there.

I am holding my penis right at the base of my Glans and pulling left for 1.5 minutes and right for 1.5 minutes as I really need to work on my ligs. My Glans get super dark almost immediately.

I am unsure if I should start taking some circulation supplements or if I have a clot that I need to deal with but since the vac hanging injury my glans always looks a little strange (white spots and general signs of bad circulation.)

I could also be doing something in my routine incorrectly too so I would like some input on that as well. Thanks!!!
