Best thing to do, is not squeeze that hard at first. If your Turkey Neck [“TN”?] isn’t impeding your jelq then don’t overly concern yourself about it. First things first- get your strokes down, learn about your dick, commit to your routine. I’m just jumping into the thread here because I have some opinions on this.

First, I have a significant penoscrotal web or “turkey neck”. If you take a look at Dr. Whitehead’s example pictures from his site, it is very similar to my dilemma:

Now, I’ve tried the jelqing techniques and doing kegels for some time. What I’ve summed up from this is that jelqing is very difficult to do with this significant of a turkey neck because there is no real way to get a grip that can be sustained all the way up the shaft. So, the exercise is stringent and I figure is ineffective. What I see as one of my only choices is to go ahead, set aside some money, and get the plastic surgery. It’s something I’ve wanted taken care of for some time.

In regards to the surgery, I’ve only found surgeons in California and NYC who would do it and have a good reputation and experience doing these types of procedures. From what I’ve gathered from inquiring about price for that specific procedure, it varies from about $2500 to $3500. The $3500 is from a nationally renowned surgeon who is also a urologist. If anybody wants further information, they can PM me.

I’m not saying that jelqing can’t work, I hope it will for me someday. I’ve tried it and I found it futile since I can’t do the techniques right because all of the skin gets in the way. I bet that some of you would agree with this.

If turkey necks get in the way of your jelqs, try jelqing while squeezing your sack between your legs. Seems to pull it back a bit.
