How To Make Glans More Fuller?

I’m not too sure, since I really don’t remember, but I’m pretty sure PE has changed the shape of my glans? It seems my penis head is narrow on the sides, all around, and the top part of my glans rim is like really big, then the bottom part of my glans rim is smaller. I’d say my penis head is slightly triangular more than rounder. What can I do to even it out? The shaft as well.
