I know stupid beginner question but I read that any old sock won’t do the job and will actually melt when heated.

Is this true? Do you need an all cotton one?

Filled it 30-50% with rice, and then made a knot 5cm~ above it (ofcourse it depends on how big of a penis you’ve got - but that was the right amount for me atleast). Then just warm it in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. DONE.


Start: BPEL - 5.7/5.9 x 4.7 (14.6/15cm~ x 12cm)

Short term goal: 6.3 x 4.8

Goal: 7.3 x 5.5

It depends on your routine length, the sock tends to become not sufficiently hot for the warm down after about 15-20 min, so in my case since the routine is about 30-45 min, I need to reheat it

I tried the rice sock for the first time last night. Very nice. So much more efficient than the hot rag. It’s hotter and lasts longer than the rag.

I’m a noob too, just finished my first week, so I could be wrong but I think it’s normal for your unit to feel a little worn out but not strained or painful. If it hurts you’ve over worked it. I’ve been taking it easy so far and plan to continue taking it easy for the first 2-3 months then I’ll up the intensity little by little, one month at a time. You have get your penis conditioned before amping up. Just like sports you can’t go out there and play 40+ minutes hardcore basketball without fundamentals, conditioning, and practice.

You won’t gain if you can’t PE due to injury.
