How to know when its time to Move on

from the Newbie Routine of only jelqing and kegeling per day? and moving onto hanging and clamping?


Start 2-31-10 ___ EL:4.3"_____ BPEL: 4.75" ____ EG: 4.25"

Current ________ EL: 4.9" ___ BPEL: 5.9" _____ EG: 4.6"

Goal ___________ EL: 6.5" ____ EG: 5.25" ______________ New Routine: Jelqing 5 minutes, then Hang (12.5 lbs.) for 20 mins. a day

Most say you can move on after 5-6 months, that way your penis should be nice and conditioned for the advance routines. Others say move on when gains grind to a halt. It’s your choice, just don’t rush into clamping and hanging ( and any other advance exercises) too soon.

I see no reason to change up the routine, or add to it while you are still seeing gains.

April 2010 - 6.00 [BPEL x 5.3 [MSEG] 5.5 [BASE]

Current Goal: - 7.00 NBPEL x 5.75 [MSEG & BASE]

If you go for a full month with no gains i think its time to change something, use your own judgement based on others expirience and your own.

I gained better EQ from jelqing and kegeling and extra girth from clamping and length from hanging.

Disagree.
The newbie period is as much about conditioning as it is gains. If after 3 months of the newbie and no gains, I would increase the amount of time spent and include some more intense stretches. Then around 6 months I would look at light hanging and more intense girth work.

I see your point, i totally overlooked the conditioning part :)

It may be that you are using too much pressure in your routine and you penis is responding by not doing anything.

Quite what causes this is difficult to defin but often easing off or stopping for a period brings the whole thing together agian.

Most will recommend that you stick with the newbie routine, increasing reps and or intensity until such time as you don’t see further gains. Having said that, the newbie routine is also a guideline to help condition your penis to the new rigors placed upon it.

It shows that you have been a member since 2007, that’s three years. Now, a) you haven’t been consistent with your program, or b) your CC and CS and other anatomical parts are much tougher than you thought. Consistency is a major key to gains, think of it this way, you wouldn’t get six pack abs by doing sit ups once a month, nor will you see gains if you aren’t doing the program regularly.

You may want to give us a bit more information on why you are asking this question. Is it you aren’t gaining and have hit a plateau? More information, we need more information.

Yep I have been a member since 2007, but was never really dedicated to PE as I am now. I remember one time after I was 21 or so, i measured at 4 inches EL. I would just do PE time to time but college really prevented me from doing much. But now I do it everyday and am amazed at how my penis has changed.

I actually hang alot before even doing the newbie routine. But now that i have learned more about the proper way to PE i have stopped my hanging and dedicated to just jelqing and kegeling everyday.
