How to keep up the erection during jelq?

Like I said, it’s your dick, you do what you want, but I’d strongly recommend you dial back the erection level.

The idea is not to get as hard as you can and then crush your erection by jelqing. The idea is to get enough blood into your unit to protect it from harm, and then move the blood around, slowly stretching it from within.

(But if cow’s tits were hard, it would be really difficult to milk them…)

Mr. Happy the main problem it’s that I lost erection to quickly understand?? The if I start at 70%, after 10 jelqs my erections will be very low, thank god I have rock hard erections with my GF. Mr. Do you think it’s better for me to do 50 jelqs with this erection then 400 that way?? I am really considering change my routine because I am not experiencing to many gains man. You think less is more?? BTW thank you for the helping time.

1.As with anything, there are certain aspects where you’ll have to use your judgment. Obviously there is no precise way to measure erection levels. So the rough guidelines of 60% (or what-have-you) are what we use. If you have slightly more than a halfway erection you’re good to go. in America, learning additional languages has not been given greater importance. If it had, I might have learned another language. Now, I am

struggling to learn Chinese and Greek.

From your progress I can see that you gained around 1 1/2” in girth in only 4 months. O.o

What on Earth are you doing, I NEED to do the same, please! :D

Kegel to maintain it at 60%. This may take a bit of practice.

I’m not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but try different positions. So lying down, sitting down, standing up, crouching etc. Changing positions works very well for me.


02-08-2007: 7"BP-4.7"EG "Starting Length"

I posted this in another thread, but it’s appropriate here too.

One needs to experiment with Kegels and stimulation to learn to be able to keep the desired erection level.

The idea is not to get a raging hard-on and crush into submission with relentless jelqing. Nor is it to start with a semi and jelq until fully aroused, so that by the end of your session you are basically masturbating. The idea is get in a zone where you are able to give it a good thorough stretching by using the blood within. Think of it as a slightly intense massage.

If you feel the erection increasing as you go, stop for a bit. Let it subside, then resume. If you feel the erection beginning to flag, stop and rev yourself up - just enough to resume effectively.

My guess is that people who start at high level and jelq until the erection is gone are not only starting too high, but they are likely jelqing way too hard. It should feel good. Not the same as full on masturbating, but it should feel good. The grip should be firm but not too hard. The stretch should be felt, but not overwhelming.

The use of overwhelming force in the application of PE is of limited value, and is more likely to cause you to go backwards.

It’s important to remember that you are working with living tissue.

To tell you the truth, it just happened and I was surprised also.
I worked really hard and stuck with it and so maybe is beginning to pay off. However, I do believe vacuum pumping had a lot to do with my girth gain. I just hope that I can do as well in length! I’m taking a break until the first part of September.

I see… I’m staying away from the mechanical devices till I’m more experienced in PE… but man, with this gains I gotta tell you… I’m more than tempted. :)

I had an accident which caused, we think, a mile ED problem and I was no longer having night time REM or morning erections. I am very pleased to report that the pumping has completely restored my REM and morning erections! :thumbs: I originally started pumping to help that condition, but have since discovered that it is a useful tool along with manual PEing. I pump at a low 3-5HG. Sometimes, up to 7HG when I’m enjoy it so much that I forget what I’m doing and let the pressure slip upwards. :)

I think I will always keep pumping as a part of my PE Routine. It’s good for additional flushing out of the ole schlong just like REMs and normal erections.
When you think you are ready, I would recommend it, but only at a low HG.
