Mine goes away in like 30 min or so.. (It stays a little puffed after that)

I heard it’s essential to make gains.

Start (April 07): BPEL= 6.3" EG= 4.7"

Now (October 08): BPEL= 7" EG= 5.0"

Goal : BPEL= 7.5" EG= 6"

It sure helps. I retain the pump by wearing a cock ring, usually 2-4 hours. I find that when I am not erect a metal cock ring does not cut off circulation, although it must reduce it. Sometimes I use a soft elastic ring around the dick, which needs a little more care as you have to make sure it doesn’t cut off circulation, so I go to the bathroom and loosen and check it. Usually I can tolerate it for about 2-3 hours, with circulation breaks.

I don’t think it’s “essential.” When I was doing active PE I never paid any attention to how plump it was and I had gains. In fact, most of the time I finished an exercise session by jerking off (which naturally causes shrinkage) and I still had gains.

The tissue stretching that occurs with PE exercises is done during the active exercise period (during the jelq, if that’s the exercise you do). That’s when the growth occurs. What happens afterward is incosequential.

I also use a soft “cock ring” to keep mine plump. In my opinion, this helps more with flaccid gains. My hope is that the larger flaccid gains turn into any erect gains. LOL

I don’t think it will hinder gains. However, if I have time after a session I will wear my extender. I feel it will heal better in that state, but listen to the vets these guys know what they are talking about.

My plumpness post workout goes away about 3 minutes into my warm down. Haven’t had any gains thus far though. I wonder if this is indicative of something.
