Hello guys! I have the following question:

I am doing the standard newbie routine: 5 min warmup, 100 wet jelqs, 10-15 minutes of stretching followed by a hot shower. The thing is that after the jelging part, my unit is considerably bigger and heavier and it feels great. However, after stretching it does not only get back to normal, but it is actually quite smaller than usual. I don’t consider my technique unusual, but I tend to focus the pressure on the tunica and not on the ligs. How should I interpret these PI? Am I doing the stretches wrong?

Do you apply a lot of force?

So you are turtling after your routine? How long does the turtling last for? If it is only directly after your routine or an hour or so, then it is nothing to worry about. If you are turtling for most of the day after your routine, then you are overdoing it. Either cut back on quantity or intensity.

Try less intensity or time with the stretches.

This. Or try doing them in the evening or 1 day jelq and 1 day stretch.

You get better info on the PI when you try variations. Note if it gets better or worse and compare it and keep going into the direction that gives better indicators.

No, I would say medium level.

I wouldn’t call it exactly “turtling”, it just gets considerably smaller than usual. It does not last long, as soon as I take a shower, it goes back to normal.

In general, what should one expect from a successful stretching session? Is it normal that I don’t “feel” them quite effective?

If you go straight from no stretch to full stretch, you very often won’t ‘feel’ much that feels like effective stretching. Try going into the stretch very slowly as I describe here: firegoat - Length Gains


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I had the same problem when I was doing only stretches ,no jelqing what-so-ever .

First do stretching exercises then do jelqing this will solve your problem,as firegoat suggests .


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.
