Here I will be starting an easy go-to thread for all the Rookies out there looking to increase length. Starting out I wanted to just click on threads and find a lengthening routine I can just do. To easy right? Wrong, lets do it!

What I’ve started doing have been manual stretches and O-bends, while only the O-bends have been doing anything for me as far as length (plus girth). Stretches hadn’t done anything for me except for my flaccid length. This has really bothered me because I want to really please my girlfriend sexually and give her great orgasms. One day we were having sex in my car and after just two times of doing O-Bends and she told me, “I go really deep in the car”. Little does she know that I’ve been doing O-bends. So I’ll post that below

Exercise- O-Bends

Length I have gained- 0.5 inch

How to- You want to have Your penis at 10% erection and with one hand use the index finger and thumb (OK grip) to trap in the blood at the base of the penis. With the second hand bend it in half all four ways. Up, down, left, right, for 30 seconds each direction. Next add one finger to your OK grip and repeat the process a little higher on your shaft. Then the third finger and if you can a fourth.

For me when I started hanging you get newbie gains really fast. (ETA ~ 3 months or less)
Keep in mind they will vanish pretty quickly if you stop

But, whats key is being persistent to cement those.

I take a lot of what I do in bodybuilding basics and apply them to here. Persistence and bypassing adaption is key!

That bodybuilding analogy makes absolute sense. Thanks for the advice.

Newbie routine +0.5”

Hanging and Stretching +0.7” (mostly the hanging)

Pumping +0.1”


Before 5.5" x 4.1" ///////// Now 7.4" x 4.9"
