How to increase penis length easily?

I want to increase my penis size 5.5” to 6.5”. But let me know easy way to get this size in 6 month or 1 year.
Suggest me exercise and also natural food supplements.

Hell if someone figured out how too get gains fast you think they express it on here, hell no. Nothings about PE is easy are we all would be caring a 10 inch slong lol.

Koko, I do appreciate a bit of humor, but I don’t think a full.-time comoedian is needed in the newbie forum, expecially in threads started by non-English native speakers.

Howto2, use the link that Dude151 gave you and start with one of the two newbie routines. We even have videos of the exercises (same link)!

PE is rather simple but not “easy”. By that I mean that the actual exercises are easy but it takes a long time. Your time table is much more realistic than many new guys. One inch in one year is very realistic but guaranteed. Just remember not to rush it. Over doing PE can result in a broken penis which is bad.
