Hey everyone,

Here’s an issue I’ve been contemplating for the last few days. While weight loss is the go to answer for gaining non-bone pressed length, I’ve lost a significant amount of weight (200 lbs to 150) and haven’t seen improvement. I get the feeling that my penis is not extending all the way out, that the erection has been unnecessarily pushed back into my body. The possibility has crossed my mind that this may have been because I’ve worn tight underwear my entire life until a few weeks ago, which may have gave the erections less room to properly expand.

Any thoughts on this?

Tight underwear have nothing to do with this, if you make gains from PE and not from grease you’ll increase your NBPEL (I assume you were talking about erect size?).

You’ve lost loads of weight but no fat from the pubic area?

The answer to increasing NBPEL is the same as increasing BPEL: PE, as Walter seems to suggest (though he might be suggesting greasing the penis).

For a visual improvement, you might try trimming your pubes.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Actually I’ve just translated old southern American parchments and bacon grease is said to speed gains thanks to clogged veins . The grease’s smell is supposed to attract rich widows too , but I would take this suggestion with a pinch of salt.

Aetius, keep up with the weight loss.

I had to loose at least 50 pounds to start seeing signs of increase in my NBPEL.

We are lucky because we have two ways of enlarging.

Fat deposits leave the body in annoying ways. Typically they reduce from the leanest areas first - shoulders, forearms, face, those sorts of places. I’m 6’1 at 160lbs, roughly 16% body fat. This is after losing about 30lbs and being above 20% body fat. I lost fat around my arms and face first, stomach eventually, but I’ve always had a fairly padded groin. It depends largely on your genetics how much you’ll get where and how it comes off.

In general, there’s nothing wrong with losing weight (provided you aren’t going overboard) and even if it doesn’t aid your NBPEL, you’ll feel much better anyway.

Constant weight, BPEL and NBPEL are X size. You PE and make real length and girth gains. Same weight, longer and thicker penis. In your case you have the added benefit of weight loss which should have increased your NBPEL, but you say it hasn’t. Simple answer, find the right PE program for yourself, stay the course and your bad boy will grow in size. Regardless, keep that damn weight off!

One thing I’ve noticed about guys in porn a lot of the time, even if they’ve got an average physique, with a normal amount of body fat (not shredded or ripped), they will still have almost zero fat pad. Maybe it’s genetic?

Could have had lipo, and or the new laser fat reduction that really works.
