How to increase libido and great erection?

I am 25 Y/O and I was subjected to pornography at the age of 16. Well like other youngsters I too did the wrong things.
I am quite chubby and hardly do any physical exercises or stuff. I have quite a depressing personality.
I am noticing that now I am not able to maintain proper erection. If I get a erection I am not able to maintain it for a longer duration.
I need help guys. I am a shower and when fully erect I am 6 inches but when flaccid my penis shrinks to a size of a peanut.
I don’t know what to do.
Help me guys.
Any kind of help will be appreciated. I did penis exercises for about 2 weeks but discontinued because of my boring lifestyle.
I just wanna ask that will these exercise increase my libido ?

Hello Brother,

I would recommend getting into weight training and treating your PE session like a workout split. For example, in a 7 day week schedule, you might want to break it up like this:

Day 1 - Legs & PE
Day 2 - Back/Bicep or Tricep - PE Rest
Day 3 - Rest - PE but slightly more intense
Day 4 - Chest/Bicep or Tricep which ever you didn’t do on day 2 - PE
Day 5 - Shoulder/Core and some stability exercise - PE
Day 6 - Cardio - PE Rest
Day 7 - Rest - PE Rest

Obviously there are other variations to the above example but its just to give you an idea of what a ‘split’ means. Once you start treating your body as a temple, you will start to draw your confidence in what you do for yourself rather then relying on external gratification. So my brother, tell yourself everyday when you get up that you want the best version of yourself and no one is going to stop you. The only competition is you against you and that is the only life game that you should focus on right now. The mind is very powerful tool if you choose to focus on the little negative things, it will amplify, so knowing this trick, you might as well focus on the little good things like in your case, you are a massive grower from a peanut to 6 inches BPEL? That is insane my brother, so if you are a afraid getting caught with your pants down and everyone judging you on your flaccid penis, I would just be like “look what I can F****** grow, BAM!” Things like that you need to find the positive in EVERY situation and just focus on that and amplify the hell out of it. Select a movement practice. Dance, martial art, a sport. Whatever you like as long as it gets you moving and you LIKE IT. Work on getting better at that and then stack training tht supports it behind it.

Listen my man, it all is going to start with your mind, mentality is everything. Let me start by saying exercise is number 1! Even if your eating McDonald’s everyday and sitting in the dark thinking negatively all day (this is a fast pass to dying, never do obviously). Exercise will train your mind to be goal orientated, will stimulate self esteem, will naturally release endorphins that deplete your depression. It will help you lose weight (which in itself will help with penis size so it’s a double whammy). It will increase testosterone levels, energy levels and even help with higher sleep quality, all of this should help with erections as well! Is that enough positive results or shall I keep going? Remember brother, exercise!

-get more sun if you don’t get a good amount already
-eat better, eat smarter, I promise you if you eat better you WILL feel better.
-take a daily men’s multivitamin
-water, water and more water, learn to enjoy having to pee, make it a goal to keep your pee clear (I pee almost every hour)
-this goes along with eating right but it’s very important so I must mention, diminish death. What is death?
Death is,
-soda
-junk food (potato chips, candy, pastry treats, brownies) basically crap with absolutely no nutritional benefits
-cigarettes (this is easier said then done if a smoker)
Alcohol- (just try to drink less at least)

Like others have said, lose weight through regular diet and exercise. This will increase your sex drive and the quantity and quality of your erections.

And I’d go back to PE, namely, I’d start with the Newbie Routine. Stay committed and consistent and you’ll get to where you want to be. Just don’t get discouraged along the way because it will take some time to see positive changes.

For a quick fix on the libido. Try yohimbe and vanadyl sulfate its cheap and works give it about 3 days and your going to be a dog in heat. When u look good you feel good. Not sure what you look like maybe start with a new hair cut and a close shave. Spend the money on a good barber who and give you a tight wet shave it might run you 50$ for both but you will look and feel great. Also if money is tight specially around this time of year check out the thrift shops and look for a few outfits my best suit came from savers for 19$. PM me if you have any other questions.
