Hi, I’m new here.

Never did any exercise yet, but I’d like to know some for girth increase at the base or an inch beyond the base. At the very base I’m fine, but then it goes down to 13.5 cm then there’s this thicker part before the end. I can’t exactly do these jelq things until I get the thinner part in line with the rest.

The thin part is only an inch of my overall length but it’s still kind of awkward and it’s in a “strategically vital” position if you get what I mean (that part is interacting with the vagina’s outer area the most). I mean some girls like and say it’s like a plug but I’d rather have it girthier down there.

Oh yea and is there an exercise for length increase for uncircumcised people?

I can’t understand why you can’t do jelqs. They are good for both girth and length. I’d say: try the newbie routine for 3-4 months, you won’t be displeased. After that, you could try something else.

I’m uncut, and I’ ve done stretches: it hurt a bit at starting, because the skin under the glans is very sensitive, but after a week or two you’ll have no problems.

Try doing the newbie exercises. Very often it seems, things even out of their own accord.
If you do the exercises you will see how your penis reacts, and then is the time to consider ‘specialising’

The same exercises gives length for both circumsized and uncircumsized people. Again, try the Newbie routine and learn how your penis responds. You may find that your foreskin does lengthen with jelqing , but again get some experience of how your dick reacts, then start specialising.

Some gain base girth from hanging or ADS.


Then: 5.63"x4.25" ---> Now: 6.50"x4.44"

If you do jelqing starting from the base, I don’t see why it wouldn’t increase girth all over the penis. Mine used to be a little like that , but after jelqs and some clamping, it all seemed to even out. Just be careful if you decide to clamp.
