HOw do you do it? It’s unbalanced. Base girth is pretty thin.

Many guys report increasing base girth from hanging (at lower angles).

Also stretching at different angles.

01-sept-2008 --- NBPEL 6,2" --- EG base 5,15" --- EG mid and top 5,4"

15-okt-2008 --- NBEL 6,4" --- EG base 5,3" --- EG mid 5,25" --- EG top 5,6"

I have been hanging for about a month and a half and have gotten almost no permanent length gains, but have noticed that I seem to be increasing in base girth.

I started with 2 x 10 minute sets per day with 5 lbs, and am now doing 4 x 10 minute sets per day with 6 lbs, 2 in the morning, 2 in the evening (or, I am trying to. I just met a new girl and she is keeping me pretty busy. Cutting into my PE time *sigh*)

I also do 2 minutes of manual stretching and 40-60 dry, flaccid Jelq’s every time I go to the bathroom (3-4 times a day), so that may be why I am gaining girth.

Clamping is good too, but I personally am not a big fan of clamping. If your going to clamp you might as well just do Jelq + Uli3’s instead. More balanced, less dangerous.
